Recently, I have really started to put my artistic plans into action. I have made an arrangement with a local animal shelter in NJ where I do pet portraits. I have been using various photographs of the dogs and cats there and have been creating a work of art. I then donate the piece to the shelter to put more awareness out about that certain dog or cat to give it a boost. I have taken it a step further and am now taking commissions. I finally have a decent working scanner! Yay! Now I don't have to use my digital camera anymore to put my art on the computer [unless it's really big of course] but either way.... *does a happy dance*
